How to Lose Fat Eating Bacon
On my continuous self-improvement mission, I was searching the world wide web in the hope of discovering how I could lose those few extra pounds of McDonald’s & Burger King around the midriff, that no amount of running endlessly on a treadmill like a deranged hamster could shift!
Flicking through YouTube I came across a guy called Dr. Berg who was promoting “intermittent fasting”, to lose weight fast which I found intriguing so decided to give it a go. A week later after taking his advice, the love handles were all but gone, frigging amazing results and remarkably easy to do. I told my Wife about this Dr. Berg who has over 5 million subscribers on YouTube, and after she watched a video on how to deal with migraines, she, like me followed his teachings and low and behold it worked for her, next migraine – gone in a flash!
Now totally on board with this guy, I watched a video on “How to Lose Fat Eating Bacon”, during which it was explained perfectly how we need fat in our diets and that bacon does not spike blood sugar as many “healthy“ foods do. I have taken to eating bacon more often, and if I am honest, I seem to have more energy than before, and the side bumps that had blighted me for so long have not returned. Maybe worth promoting the benefits of eating bacon in your shops maybe?..
