Gourmet Mushroom Meat Filling (8 x 500g)
If you need a filling for your chicken kievs or hollowed out pork tenderloin, then this cream cheese with mushrooms may fit the bill. For a pork tenderloin roll, take a 300-450g piece of pork loin, cut away all fat and gristle, take a thin knife and pierce a hole right through the eye of the tenderloin, causing a pocket. Fill the mushroom mix into the hole, and then temper down after you have coated the outside with the AVO Paprika Crumb. Can be sold as a joint or as slices.
