Avo Mango Chilli Marinade (4kg)

Our Boss’s favourite oil-based marinade!. A fruity well-balanced profile with pieces of mango and pineapple, paprika, curry spices and chilli complement the sweetness. The photo you see is “Around the World Chicken where we have taken a chicken fillet, opened it up, filled with pepperoni and pineapples, then folded the chicken back around, then wrapped with Parma ham (or you can use unsmoked bacon), then brush on the Mango & Chilli marinade, and finally add the Jalapeno mix for decoration. A truly outstanding product.
