The Carnivore Diet
I came across the “Carnivore Diet” when listening to a podcast from the great Dr Jordan Peterson, a Canadian Psychologist, who is a modern-day Sigmund Freud. What this guy doesn’t know about why we do the things we do, isn’t worth knowing.
With his lectures, he has provided a vital lifeline to so many young men especially, who have been dis-engaged from society by radical feminists and those that say it is ok to be weak, thus reducing the bar of success. Massively famous across the world, Jordan Peterson is well worth watching with many short clips of him in action on U-Tube. The Channel Four interview with him and Cathy Newman, was a classic and went viral when he “owned” that very nasty woman on her own show.
Meat Only Please
After many illnesses and health issues throughout his life, Dr. Peterson discovered the Carnivore Diet from his Daughter Mikhaila , who also suffered through her dietary choices, and now only eats meat, salt and water, a strange diet I grant you, but one that has given them amazing health benefits, which included more energy and better weight regulation which they had struggled to lose over many years but failed miserably. Their health and well-being have improved greatly, by only eating meat.
Why is that?. Well, think about this for a second, we are as a species “hunter gatherers”, created to hunt down meat-bearing animals and not gorge ourselves on chocolate, cakes, biscuits, processed meals or takeaways!. That is why, despite all the plant based “meat”, sales for real meat products still progress strongly to this day. (By the way, using the word meat should be illegal when referring to in other words – veggie patties)
And you when they say “Meat Free”, they could also say “Sawdust free”, or why not “Taste Free”!
Now I am not suggesting for one minute you should don a lion-cloth and half naked, start chasing the nearest heifer, pig or chicken around a local farm, although in some housing estates in Glasgow, you will still find some “Bears” roaming about! (Rab C. Nesbit types). I merely suggest that butchers’ shops should push the increase of consumption of meat, with say a promotion and marketing campaign with innovative names and titles like “The Cave-Man Diet”, or “Be at one with nature; eat like a caveman”, and maybe run a promotion on tomahawk steaks?… Just throwing out ideas guys and girls ?
