V is for Vegan
V is for Vegan, and should not be for Vile
The other day my attention was diverted to our Facebook page, where one of our customers was vilely attacked on their shop page by an individual we will assume was a “viral vegan”, who was most liberal with the word “Murderer”. A law-suit if there ever was one.
Now let me be clear, I fully respect people’s rights to eat what they want, and a vegetarian and vegan diet is appealing to more and more people these days and I fully endorse this freedom of choice. I also know that 99.9% of veggies are law abiding citizens, but there are others who cross the line when they try and force their views on others by intimidation and insults.
Militant vegans are attacking farmers with violence and death threats which cannot be tolerated and must be confronted at all costs. These nutters are getting a free ride due to the liberal media we have nowadays, and something needs to be done before someone gets killed or seriously hurt. Left wing crackpots like Liz Jones, a correspondent for the Daily Mail don’t help matters when she suggests that Veganism should be adopted as a religion due to its’ followers deeply held beliefs.. Straight-jacket anyone!
It was however good to see Piers Morgan “slaughter” a militant vegan on GMTV a few weeks ago, highlighting the fact that insects (Living creatures) are killed in their billions to satisfy the vegan’s natural food source. What damage is that doing for the eco-system?
So before we start having the bully boy vegans running about with suicide vests, shouting “Death to the meat eaters”, as they turn themselves into flying mince, let’s make a stand against them..
Maybe a peaceful protest outside a vegan restaurant or café with a banner showing how insects are killed in their hordes, and maybe displaying a large glass jar of these unfortunate creatures that suffer premature deaths?… Of course we would not consider this option as it is irrational to us as we are sensible, law abiding, tolerant and understanding… MEAT LOVERS.
